What you will do

• Lead all store operational functions and align execution with organizational goals.
• Manage, mentor, recruit, onboard, and develop a diverse team.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and P&L management.
• Develop operational policies and standards to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Drive business development, market expansion, and stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor KPIs, maintain quality standards, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success leading teams and improving organizational performance.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and P&L analysis.
• Strategic planning, analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with recruitment, training, performance management, and staff development.
• Proficiency with business management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work at the Centralia, Illinois location.
