Location: US - California - Berkeley; territory covers East Bay, CA. Approximately 30% travel is required, including occasional overnight and weekend commitments. No relocation assistance is provided.
Salary: $145,311–$196,597 annually for Account Manager – Level 4; $158,931–$215,025 annually for Specialty Account Manager – Level 5.

What you will do
- Represent TEPEZZA to physicians, healthcare professionals, office staff, and relevant customer accounts.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve annual sales goals.
- Drive product demand through disease-state and product education within approved labeling.
- Coordinate with patient services, market access, and field teams on access, pull-through, reimbursement, and account needs.
- Educate healthcare professionals and office staff on site-of-care options.
- Manage territory activity, budgets, administrative duties, compliance, congress attendance, and internal feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical-device, or hospital sales experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience are accepted.
- For the Specialty Account Manager level, qualifying backgrounds include a doctorate with 2 years of account-management, sales, and commercial experience, or equivalent experience based on degree level.
- Pharmaceutical account-management selling experience and the ability to coordinate across field teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to cover the East Bay, CA territory and travel approximately 30%.
Nice to have
- Buy-and-bill success and biologic or infusion experience.
- Sales experience in ophthalmology, endocrinology, rare diseases, or specialty diseases.
- Site-of-care, reimbursement, institutional, or integrated delivery network experience.
