Junior HR Generalist

What you will do

• Manage training processes, including enrollment, attendance tracking, evaluations, and follow-up of training subsidies.
• Coordinate the company car fleet with external providers and support drivers in Spain and Portugal with vehicle changes and incidents.
• Coordinate external resources, including ETTs and CAE platforms.
• Process and monitor HR-related invoices according to internal policies.
• Maintain HR documentation, contracts, administrative records, databases, and documented HR processes.
• Ensure accurate filing and data management in line with legal and data protection requirements.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in a similar HR administrative role.
• Knowledge of personnel administration processes.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• English at C1 level or equivalent and proficiency with Microsoft tools, especially Excel.
