What you will do

• Own the global SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting system.
• Manage, optimize, and continuously develop the SuccessFactors Recruiting module.
• Collaborate with IT teams and HR stakeholders across international subsidiaries.
• Plan and lead system upgrades, releases, testing cycles, and global rollouts.
• Design and implement global recruiting processes, reporting, and KPIs.
• Introduce innovative technologies, digital solutions, and AI-driven approaches for recruiting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience optimizing recruiting processes and systems on a global scale.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Experience in international project management.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, structured thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required. German is advantageous but not required.
