VP. Presales Technology (SaaS)

Location: United States

Salary: $207,400–$298,100 annually, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise vision and multi-year roadmap for demo environments across HCM product lines.
• Lead a global organization responsible for provisioning, data management, configuration, monitoring, reliability, performance, and environment lifecycle management.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align demos with product releases and customer use cases.
• Enable standardized, high-quality demonstrations for enterprise sales, strategic pursuits, executive briefings, industry events, conferences, and analyst relations.
• Drive infrastructure automation, AI-assisted environment creation, self-service provisioning, demo orchestration, data generation, and release validation.
• Own governance, security, compliance, operating and capital budgets, vendor relationships, and organizational talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise SaaS organizations and 8+ years leading global technical organizations.
• Experience with enterprise HR, payroll, HCM, or workforce management software.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling cloud-based platforms and leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience managing multimillion-dollar operating budgets.
• Work location: United States.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Experience with enterprise HCM platforms and ecosystems.
• Knowledge of DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, cloud architecture, and platform engineering.
• Experience supporting global enterprise sales organizations.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled automation and intelligent platform operations.
