What you will do

• Build, secure, patch, and operate self-hosted and managed MCP servers and maintain the MCP registry.
• Own the agent platform, including deployment patterns, guardrails, observability, hosting, and secure access.
• Co-own the Amazon Bedrock runtime and gateway, including model access, cost attribution, content filtering, model pinning, and quota management.
• Build an identity-matched Bedrock-to-Snowflake usage pipeline with tracking and threshold alerts.
• Develop secure AI automations across Claude Desktop, Slack, and Google Workspace, including credentials and authentication flows.
• Implement governance based on data sensitivity, least privilege, auditability, and model sandboxing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps, including production ownership.
• Hands-on AWS experience with IAM, ECS or Lambda, CloudWatch, and VPCs.
• Full-stack experience with backend services, APIs, CI/CD, and containerized deployments.
• Ability to build MCP servers or API integrations from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agent development.
• Strong ownership, automation, self-direction, and judgment in buy-versus-build decisions.
