Salary: $52,050–$64,064 USD annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus or role-based sales incentive plan

What you will do
- Supervise, train, motivate, and develop distribution center associates.
- Allocate work and prioritize assignments to meet production and operational targets.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards.
- Resolve operational issues, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with other leaders to improve distribution center processes.
- Maintain inventory and shipment records, support cycle counts and physical inventory, and operate material handling equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment and at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification within the specified timeframe; knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
