Senior Analyst, Supply Chain (Mandarin, Chinese)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid remote working environment

Salary: CAD $77,837–$122,548.53 annually, plus a discretionary bonus and stock options.

What you will do

• Manage daily communication, delivery schedules, onboarding, performance, and issue resolution with ODM and vendor partners.
• Build monthly purchase quantities and factory build plans using demand forecasts, inventory, lead times, MOQs, factory capacity, and coverage targets.
• Analyze demand, supply, inventory, sales, NRE costs, and KPIs to identify risks and provide recommendations.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, return requests, system transactions, and order status updates in coordination with vendors, warehouses, factories, and finance teams.
• Determine air or ocean shipment modes by comparing inventory coverage and freight costs.
• Improve supply chain processes, maintain documentation, and escalate supply, delivery, and inventory risks through resolution.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of supply planning experience in a physical-product supply chain with overseas manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with ERP supply chain transactions using SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or a comparable system.
• Strong knowledge of component lead times, MOQs, factory capacity, inventory coverage, and buildable supply plans.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling, and reporting.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Fluent Mandarin is required for daily communication with overseas manufacturing partners.
