Demand Planner

Location: Onsite at 64 Arrow Road, North York, Ontario, Canada, M9M 2L9

Salary: CAD 70,000–90,000 annually

What you will do

• Maintain material forecasts and support product availability for customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Procurement, and Product Management teams.
• Monitor days inventory on hand, unproductive inventory reduction, and forecast accuracy.
• Review customer demand forecast entries and confirm the ability to meet demand.
• Evaluate stocking strategies and prepare reports supporting purchasing and planning activities.
• Provide backup coverage for the Procurement Analyst when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related program, with two years of specialized training or relevant experience such as PMAC or APICS.
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational, prioritization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, autonomy, ethics, analytical thinking, and management of competing priorities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
