Distribution Supervisor (Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead distribution, receiving, warehouse, and logistics operations to ensure safe, accurate, and timely customer deliveries.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and improve order fulfillment speed, consistency, and product availability.
• Coordinate transportation activities, develop carrier relationships, and improve delivery reliability and cost efficiency.
• Support international shipping by ensuring compliance with customs and transportation requirements.
• Lead and develop an engaged team with clear expectations for customer service, quality, safety, and accountability.
• Analyze KPIs and lead initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, ERP systems, and inventory control processes; SAP experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coach employees, manage performance, and drive operational improvements.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing and distribution environments.
