Supply Chain Management Lead, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Supply Chain Management)

Location: On-site in the Toronto, Ontario area, including client-site travel as required; Canadian citizenship is required.

Salary: CAD 130,000–160,000 annual base salary. Total estimated compensation, including annual incentive opportunity, is CAD 149,500–200,000.

What you will do

• Lead client reviews across supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
• Own functional requirements and shape future-state process designs for Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management implementations.
• Facilitate design workshops with client executives, process owners, and subject matter experts.
• Direct the use of Copilot and other Dynamics 365 AI-assisted tools for discovery, requirements capture, testing, and user enablement.
• Lead configuration validation, testing, training, deployment, and day-to-day supply chain stakeholder communication.
• Mentor consultants and coordinate with Manufacturing, Finance, architecture, and technical leads.

Requirements

• Canadian citizenship is required for the client engagement.
• Ability and willingness to work on-site in the Toronto, Ontario area and travel as required.
• 5–7+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience covering planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
• Experience leading supply chain process design and requirements definition during ERP implementations.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and client relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on functional experience with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Automotive industry experience, including OEM or Tier 1/2 suppliers.
• Experience with AI-driven forecasting, demand planning, or intelligent automation.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, such as MB-330.
• Consulting experience at a systems integrator or professional services firm.
