Program and Project Manager Physical Security and IT (IT Asset Management)

What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision, multi-year roadmap and backlog for IT Asset Management and Information Management.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets and monitor performance, usage, value realisation and technical dependencies.
• Lead change initiatives from design through implementation, adoption and stabilisation, including releases, migrations, testing and deployment.
• Establish integrated planning, governance, reporting and RAID management across complex environments.
• Drive business readiness, stakeholder communication, training, adoption and post-implementation performance.
• Align product and change delivery with DORA, GDPR, security-by-design, risk and regulatory requirements while managing vendors and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Management, IT, Business Administration or a similar field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in product management and/or change or project delivery in IT environments.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, architecture, lifecycle management, product roadmaps, backlogs and value delivery.
• Experience with structured change and implementation methodologies.
• Experience in regulated environments, preferably financial services.
• Knowledge of IT risk, security and compliance frameworks, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
