Financial Center Banker (Fintech)

What you will do

• Open accounts and connect customers with appropriate banking products, services, and financial experts.
• Assess customer needs by analyzing accounts, transactions, and behaviors, then provide personalized recommendations.
• Build long-term customer relationships through proactive conversations, follow-up, and ongoing support.
• Meet customer satisfaction, product sales, and financial wellness performance targets.
• Maintain compliance, confidentiality, security, dual-control processes, and operational accuracy.
• Complete daily branch opening, closing, and other operational tasks while working with on-site equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of banking and/or retail experience preferred.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, actively listen, solve problems, make decisions, and build effective working relationships.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, computer applications, and department-specific software.
• Ability to work on-site in the South Bend, Indiana branch.
