What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate hirify.global financial solutions to improve financial wellbeing, revenue, and loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales interactions, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Leverage technology, ecosystem partnerships, and community contacts to acquire, expand, and retain customer relationships.
• Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge while managing operational risk.
• Support daily branch operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs analysis.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to follow policies, manage risk, and complete required background checks under applicable banking regulations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
