Personal Banker (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales conversations, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Identify customer needs and recommend hirify.global products and solutions that support financial wellbeing and loyalty.
• Build customer share of wallet through ecosystem partnerships and community relationships.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while managing risk and following policies.
• Participate in daily branch operations and ensure accurate, efficient execution.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs analysis.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in-office at the Birmingham, Michigan branch.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
