What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions that improve financial wellbeing, loyalty, and share of wallet.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, teller interactions, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options, digital tools, and available banking products.
• Resolve customer problems while managing branch operations, policies, procedures, and operational risk.

Requirements

• Typically 3 or more years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is typically expected; comparable education, certifications, or military experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in-office at the Chesterfield, Missouri branch.
