Senior Florist (12 Month FTC, 3 days per week)

Bloom & Wild curates gifts, flowers, and plants through collaborative range, creative, finance, supply, and quality teams.

What you will do

• Set and maintain the house floristry style across ecommerce and lifestyle photography shoots.
• Lead floral conditioning, styling, problem-solving, and sign-off for shoots.
• Order flowers, liaise with suppliers, source substitutions, and coordinate freelance florists.
• Help define seasonal direction and design and refine bouquets throughout the new product development process.
• Support pre-production planning, moodboards, creative directions, and styling guidelines.
• Provide reactive floristry support for photography, PR, brand gifting, company events, workshops, and on-camera content.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience arranging, conditioning, and styling flowers.
• Ability to balance hands-on floristry with coordination, administration, and in-house responsibilities.
• Confidence leading and training other florists and making final design decisions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for working with suppliers and internal teams.
• Comfort presenting to groups or on camera for brand and PR activities.
• Availability for an on-site role in London, three days per week, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
