Training Developer US (Wind Energy)

What you will do

• Design and develop training content, learning materials, and learning solutions for one or more competence areas.
• Work with Competence Managers and subject matter experts to convert training needs into effective learning experiences.
• Ensure training content is accurate, engaging, audience-focused, and aligned with quality expectations.
• Apply instructional design standards, templates, methodologies, and governance requirements.
• Manage assigned projects, milestones, documentation, stakeholder feedback, risks, and dependencies.
• Share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of training standards.

Requirements

• Experience designing and developing learning content using structured instructional design methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams.
• Capability to create engaging training materials for diverse audiences while maintaining accuracy and relevance.
• Strong organization and planning skills, including managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Commitment to standards, templates, governance processes, feedback, and continuous development.
