The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)
The IAEA is the world’s centre for cooperation for safe, secure and peaceful uses of nuclear technologies. It was established in 1957 and is an autonomous international organization within the United Nations system. Approximately 2300 scientists, technical and administration personnel from over 100 countries work at the Secretariat, implementing the IAEA’s programmes. The IAEA has six departments covering the fields of Nuclear Safety and Security, Nuclear Sciences and Applications, Nuclear Energy, Technical Cooperation, Management and Safeguards. The IAEA also has additional locations in Seibersdorf (Austria), Monaco, Trieste, New York, Tokyo, and Toronto.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 Configure and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across campus, data centre, and
branch environments.
 Manage and support Cisco Wireless LAN environments, including Wireless LAN Controllers
(WLCs), access points, RF optimization, wireless security, and troubleshooting connectivity
issues.
 Provide technical expertise in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), 802.1X authentication,
Network Access Control (NAC), and identity-based network security solutions.
 Manage and maintain Cisco DNA Center for network automation, assurance, policy-based
provisioning, inventory management, and operational analytics.
 Support Cisco routing and switching environments, including Catalyst and Nexus platforms,
ensuring high availability and optimal network performance.
 Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco IOS and NX-OS based devices.
 Design, deploy, and support Cisco SD-WAN solutions for secure and resilient branch and data
centre connectivity.
 Perform advanced troubleshooting of routing, switching, wireless, authentication, security,
and connectivity issues.
 Monitor network health, availability, utilization, and capacity to ensure optimal service
delivery and proactive issue resolution.
 Implement network security best practices, including segmentation, access control, policy
enforcement, and compliance requirements.
 Participate in network upgrades, migrations, maintenance activities, lifecycle management,
and infrastructure refresh projects.
 
Required Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field
 Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering, operations,
and support.

 Experience with enterprise network monitoring, automation, performance analysis, and
troubleshooting tools.
 Strong understanding of network security principles, authentication technologies, and access control frameworks.
