Warehouse Supervisor (3PL/Mandarin)

What you will do

• Supervise warehouse associates through scheduling, training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and related 3PL operations.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Optimize warehouse layouts and processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and conduct cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Operate and oversee forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams and prepare operational reports.

Requirements

• Mandarin bilingual proficiency is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment and knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when needed.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Relevant certification for forklifts or other warehouse equipment.
