Ground Network Services Supervisor - (3rd Shift)

Location: 951 Valley View Lane, Irving, Texas, United States. Onsite, Tuesday–Saturday, 18:00–03:00.

What you will do

• Supervise warehouse personnel, distribute workloads, and provide leadership to subordinates.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound freight operations, including timely loading, handling, and put-away.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and use warehouse systems and technology effectively.
• Schedule warehouse personnel and vacation requests while coordinating daily operational priorities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, governing authorities, and facility safety requirements.
• Lead warehouse updates and safety meetings while maintaining clean facilities and operational equipment.

Requirements

• High school degree.
• At least 3 years of warehouse agent experience.
• Ability to read, count accurately, perform basic arithmetic, and write legibly.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform frequent twisting, stooping, squatting, reaching, crouching, and repetitive movements.
• Ability to follow safety instructions, manage deadline-related stress, and shift priorities.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems; forklift certification may be required within 6 months of employment.
