Strategy & Operations Manager

Location: United States — Remote

Salary: $136,000–$200,000 USD annually, plus potential equity grants.

hirify.global operates the Local Commerce Service Provider (LCSP) program, where independent partners hire, train, and manage courier fleets that fulfill hirify.global orders.

What you will do

• Build the LCSP Account Management function, including partner cadences, health tracking, performance incentives, and scalable playbooks.
• Develop the strategy for finding, onboarding, launching, and ramping entrepreneur partners.
• Oversee onboarding and sales in the near term while building these functions for future scale.
• Serve as the primary hirify.global counterpart for LCSP entrepreneurs after launch.
• Partner with operators on performance, business health, and incentive outcomes.
• Coordinate with strategy and operations, product, support, and legal teams to unblock partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a high-growth environment such as technology, fintech, strategy and operations, consulting, or banking.
• Experience managing business partners and their performance, and converting partner insights into improvements.
• Ability to structure vague, undefined problems independently and use data to make decisions.
• Comfort with SQL and Excel.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to move between high-level strategy and ground-level execution.
