What you will do

• Develop tests for new applications, features, and regressions.
• Create test strategies with application teams and automate tests within continuous integration systems.
• Investigate issues, create reproducible test cases, and conduct manual exploratory testing.
• Report test results, including performance and coverage, and develop tooling to reduce test execution time.
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams on organization-wide test strategies and infrastructure.
• Mentor peers, share best practices, and influence quality engineering approaches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing tests for software applications.
• Experience automating tests and applying software testing techniques.
• Strong C# programming skills and an understanding of C++.
• Experience triaging bugs and creating reproducible tests.
• Experience with software build tools, issue tracking, and source control systems.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools, LLMs, or agentic technologies, including safely reviewing and validating generated output.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Windows applications, Microsoft Visual Studio, Selenium, or Appium.
• Experience with PowerShell and Python.
• Experience testing development tools and working on Linux or Mac.
