Principal QA Engineer (Logistics and Fulfilment)

What you will do

• Lead the quality engineering strategy for the Logistics & Fulfilment domain.
• Embed quality across discovery, development, testing, and deployment in collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, and other squads.
• Drive an automation-first approach across functional, non-functional, exploratory, and AI-supported testing.
• Promote Test-Driven Development, Behaviour-Driven Development, and shift-left testing.
• Lead, coach, and direct third-party offshore QA colleagues.
• Use quality metrics to manage delivery risks, improve tooling and frameworks, and raise engineering standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading quality engineering strategy within a technology squad or product domain.
• Strong background in functional, non-functional, exploratory, and automated testing.
• Ability to collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, technology, and business stakeholders.
• Experience with TDD, BDD, shift-left testing, quality metrics, and risk management.
• Ability to work in the Liverpool-based hybrid model and complete Right to Work checks.
