Senior Quality Analyst (D365 Business Central)

Location: Fully remote within the UK. Candidates must have unrestricted right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per annum, with the role offering up to £75,000 depending on experience.

hirify.global is partnering with a well-established Microsoft Solutions Partner specialising in Dynamics 365 Business Central, Customer Engagement, and the wider Microsoft technology stack.

What you will do

• Own QA strategy and testing approaches across multiple Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
• Plan and execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing throughout implementation and release lifecycles.
• Translate requirements into test scenarios and manage defects through investigation and resolution.
• Establish QA standards, processes, documentation, reporting, and release-readiness practices.
• Work with developers, consultants, project managers, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Improve testing efficiency, increase automation, and mentor junior QA team members.

Requirements

• Significant experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience across full software implementation lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Experience managing defects and collaborating with development teams.
• Previous experience in a Microsoft Partner, consultancy, or customer-facing environment, with strong communication and organisational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading or mentoring testers.
• Test automation experience with Playwright, EasyRepro, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Microsoft Power Platform, or Azure DevOps.
• Relevant testing or QA qualifications.
