AI Quality Enablement Engineer (AI) (Quality Engineering/Generative AI): Accelerating the adoption of AI-enabled practices across Quality Engineering to improve testing, automation, productivity, and delivery outcomes with an accent on responsible AI governance, prototyping, and integration. Focus on designing AI-enabled solutions, defining guardrails and standards, measuring adoption through KPIs and dashboards, and enabling Scrum teams through workshops and knowledge sharing.
Location: Glasgow, Scotland; hybrid working environment

What you will do
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled Quality Engineering practices to improve quality, automation, scalability, productivity, and delivery outcomes.
- Define standards, guidance, governance approaches, best practices, and guardrails for responsible AI use in Quality Engineering.
- Design, develop, prototype, and evaluate AI-enabled solutions, accelerators, workflows, templates, integrations, and proofs of concept.
- Integrate AI capabilities into testing, automation, analysis, reporting, knowledge management, and software delivery processes.
- Partner with Scrum teams on continuous improvement across Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern Quality Engineering practices.
- Track adoption and business outcomes through KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Quality Engineering principles, methodologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, prompting techniques, AI-assisted software development, and AI-enabled Quality Engineering.
- Experience evaluating, implementing, prototyping, or enabling AI-driven solutions, automations, accelerators, or integrations.
- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, test design, test automation, defect management, reporting, and quality analysis.
- Experience defining standards, governance frameworks, guardrails, or best practices and influencing multiple Agile delivery teams.
- Experience with AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS AI, or similar solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or another regulated industry.
- Experience with Quality Engineering maturity models, transformation programs, organizational change, or continuous improvement frameworks.
- Experience with test automation frameworks, DevOps platforms, release pipelines, CI/CD tooling, or AI-assisted testing.
- Professional certifications or recognized training in Quality Engineering, Testing, Agile, DevOps, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, AI Governance, or related technologies.
