Site Manager (Logistics)

Location: Warehouse in Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom; onsite role

What you will do

• Lead fleet operations and manage all warehouse personnel.
• Supervise team performance and foster collaboration across warehouse operations.
• Plan workflows, shifts, performance follow-up, and standard operating procedures with internal stakeholders.
• Improve operational performance by identifying trends and creating more effective processes.
• Support hands-on vehicle maintenance and repairs to maintain quality, extend vehicle lifetime, and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with external parties such as 3PLs, landlords, staffing agencies, and local business associations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or a related field, preferably as a senior leader in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing large teams and working with multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital work tools including MS Office, G Suite, ERP systems, and data tools such as Tableau.
• Understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles, with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Curiosity about new technology and AI, with confidence using digital tools to streamline work.
• Fluent English and a valid driver's license for Scotland are required.
