Operations Supervisor - Military Leadership Path (Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates.
• Set expectations and maintain accountability for safety, quality, productivity, attendance, inventory accuracy, equipment, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Lead shift huddles, communicate daily priorities, and coordinate execution in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
• Monitor operational KPIs, interpret data, identify root causes, and adjust labor and workflows as conditions change.
• Partner with HR, Safety, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to solve problems and improve processes.
• Identify and develop future frontline leaders while eliminating waste and strengthening operational execution.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of military leadership, supervisory, team-lead, or personnel oversight experience, or 2+ years of civilian leadership experience in operations, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading people, maintaining accountability, and executing operational objectives.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and data-interpretation skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, or overtime based on business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience as an NCO, Senior NCO, Warrant Officer, or Commissioned Officer.
• Military experience in logistics, transportation, supply, maintenance, aviation support, engineering, or operations.
• Degree or coursework in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement experience.
