Service Delivery Manager (Public Sector)

What you will do

• Set up and transition ITIL/SIAM services into service operation.
• Manage end-to-end service delivery, contracted SLAs, quality standards, and operational performance.
• Develop senior customer relationships and act as the main escalation point for client and internal service teams.
• Line manage staff across catalogue orders, asset management, problem management, and change management.
• Produce service performance reports, attend customer service reviews, and deliver service improvement plans.
• Manage service risks, accept new or amended services into production, and identify potential revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven client services management experience.
• Detailed understanding of ITIL above Foundation level; ITIL v3 or later is preferred.
• Understanding of SIAM and the technologies used to deliver services.
• Experience working for an outsourcing organisation.
• Strong communication, listening, influencing, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of the UK public sector, specifically UK police forces.
• Metropolitan Police Security Clearance is required before starting the role.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the EU is required; documentary evidence will be requested.
