Delivery Manager - Public Sector

Location: London, UK; hybrid working with two days per week on client site and assignments across the UK

What you will do

• Support clients in delivering complex products, services, and outcomes across public sector, defence, transport, infrastructure, and major programmes.
• Form and run high-performing cross-functional teams using appropriate delivery methodologies.
• Estimate, scope, plan, and deliver products and projects while iterating and improving performance.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and facilitate collaboration and communication.
• Use delivery metrics to improve team throughput and provide clear insight to clients.
• Develop delivery expertise through on-the-job learning, training, and formal qualifications.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in agile delivery consulting or related roles.
• Experience working in the public sector or with public-sector clients; defence experience is also considered.
• Experience estimating, scoping, and delivering products, services, and outcomes using varied delivery techniques.
• Experience working on technical or engineering projects using Agile Delivery methods.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder collaboration abilities.

Nice to have

• Project management or project controls certification, such as PMQ or PRINCE2.
