Agile Delivery Manager (Cloud/Government)

Location: Based at UK client locations, working remotely, or based in the Godalming or Milton Keynes offices. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, have been resident in the UK for at least 5 years, and be eligible to obtain minimum SC clearance.

Salary: Up to £75,000 plus company benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of government projects in line with the GDS Service Standard.
• Lead, motivate, and coach cross-functional teams of 5–10 professionals.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, supplier performance, risks, issues, scope, timelines, and resources.
• Support procurement activities, vendor engagement, and contract management in regulated environments.
• Lead the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-based systems.
• Adapt delivery approaches to changing requirements and bridge organisational gaps where needed.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering projects with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of commercial models, financial drivers, procurement, vendor engagement, and contract management.
• Hands-on experience implementing cloud-native or cloud-hosted solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Right to work in the UK, at least five years of UK residency, and eligibility to obtain minimum SC clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Discovery and Alpha phases, user research, prototyping, and service design.
• Experience working with UK government digital frameworks and GDS service standards.
• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
