Product Delivery Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Define initiative scope and translate complex business, compliance, and regulatory needs into actionable requirements.
• Plan and coordinate delivery across concurrent initiatives, balancing priorities, dependencies, capacity, and business needs.
• Maintain the product backlog and roadmap, including functional, regulatory, compliance, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Product, Technical Operations, development teams, and other stakeholders to clarify expectations and identify risks.
• Drive the release and maintenance lifecycle from requirement clarification through delivery and go-live.
• Monitor delivery progress and communicate status, risks, dependencies, and changes in scope or priorities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar technology role.
• Experience with complex systems, configurations, business rules, dependencies, and requirements-driven environments.
• Understanding of technical systems and integrations, including APIs, databases, service layers, and system interactions.
• Ability to translate business and regulatory needs into clear, complete, consistent, and testable functional requirements.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, plus strong prioritization, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong spoken and written English is required.
