Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Shape the product roadmap, define success metrics, and prioritize customer-focused commercial decisions.
• Drive measurable product impact using data, market research, customer insight, and experimentation.
• Take products from ideation through development, launch, growth, and continuous optimization.
• Lead technical approach, requirements, and delivery in partnership with Engineering.
• Partner with Design and UX to create simple web and mobile experiences.
• Optimize checkout, payment, and conversion flows while aligning stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, Financial Crime, and Strategy.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of product management experience with consumer-focused features and a track record of taking products from zero to one.
• Direct experience owning checkout, payments, or other transactional flows, including improving conversion and reducing drop-off.
• Ability to write clear specifications, evaluate technical trade-offs, and make decisions with Engineering.
• Strong data skills, including defining success metrics and analyzing feature performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong product curiosity and a bias toward shipping quickly; candidates with more or less experience may apply if they can demonstrate the required skills.
