Sr Product Manager - Digital Asset Custody (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and maintain strategic product roadmaps for custody, settlement, safekeeping, fund services, digital assets, and related market infrastructure.
• Develop digital asset custody strategies covering blockchain networks, tokenised securities, digital bonds, collateral mobility, digital cash, and future settlement models.
• Lead complex cross-functional product development and transformation programmes from concept through implementation.
• Develop business cases, investment plans, commercial models, operating frameworks, and client propositions.
• Partner with technology providers, market infrastructures, clients, regulators, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Present product strategy and thought leadership while supporting sales, relationship management, and business development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in custody, securities services, asset servicing, post-trade infrastructure, or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of global markets, settlement, safekeeping, fund services, and securities operations.
• Experience leading strategic product management and transformation programmes.
• Deep knowledge of digital asset and tokenisation ecosystems.
• Ability to influence senior executives, regulators, strategic clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
