What you will do

• Develop and implement commercial and market strategies for digital asset products and services.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend analysis across the digital asset and blockchain ecosystem.
• Identify business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances in the digital assets sector.
• Collaborate with product, technology, legal, and compliance teams on product roadmaps and regulatory adherence.
• Lead go-to-market planning, including pricing, positioning, and messaging for new products and features.
• Engage clients and industry stakeholders, present strategies to senior audiences, and use adoption and financial data to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in commercial strategy, market development, or product management within financial services, with a strong focus on digital assets, blockchain, or cryptocurrency.
• Understanding of digital asset types such as stablecoins and tokenized securities, their underlying technologies, and the mutual funds value chain.
• Experience developing commercial strategies and bringing new products to market, supported by strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Knowledge of digital asset regulations, including MiCA, DORA, and SEC guidance.
• Additional language skills.
