IOP Counselor (Behavioral Health)

Location: On-site in Fort Collins, Colorado, USA

Salary: $35–$44 per hour plus bonus structure

hirify.global operates a national network of accredited treatment centers providing opioid addiction treatment through intensive outpatient, opioid treatment, and office-based opioid treatment programs.

What you will do

• Conduct admissions using ASAM Level 2.1 criteria and review eligibility assessments.
• Provide evidence-based counseling, targeted case management, crisis support, and supportive individual sessions.
• Deliver Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, and CBT curriculum for at least three hours per day, four days per week.
• Develop assessments, treatment plans, interventions, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical teams, case managers, billing, referral partners, and community organizations.
• Support patient engagement, transitions, outreach, and program growth.

Requirements

• Required licensure or credential: LPC, LADAC I, LADAC II, LCSW, or LMSW; alternatively, enrollment in or willingness to begin a formal licensure program at hire.
• Knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment planning, and social services.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and crisis-response skills.
• Ability to manage confidential matters, multiple priorities, and periods of high stress.
• Ability to work in a standard medical office environment and perform prolonged computer-based work.
