IOP Counselor (CADC-I, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW)

What you will do

• Represent the Intensive Outpatient Program and support its operations, growth, and community visibility.
• Conduct admissions using ASAM Level 2.1 criteria, review assessments, explain program requirements, and support patient engagement.
• Provide evidence-based counseling, targeted case management, crisis support, and supportive individual sessions.
• Deliver Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, and CBT curriculum for at least three hours per day, four days per week.
• Develop treatment plans, assessments, and compliant clinical documentation while coordinating with billing, RCM, and care teams.
• Build relationships with referral partners and community organizations and provide transitional counseling and patient outreach.

Requirements

• On-site presence in Tifton, Georgia, USA is required.
• Hold one of the following credentials: CADC-I, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW.
• Knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment planning, and social services.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, judgment, discretion, and crisis response abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and maintain accurate, confidential documentation.
• Outreach experience is preferred.
