What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand client business operations, challenges, and goals.
• Identify business issues and coordinate tailored solutions with internal teams and clients.
• Create client development plans and strategies.
• Drive client satisfaction and growth in collaboration with the casino platform team.
• Resolve ongoing issues and forecast and track key project metrics.

Requirements

• English at B2 level.
• Russian at B2 level.
• At least 2 years of experience in account management and/or customer success management.
• Experience creating and developing strong client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills.
• Strong knowledge of the IT industry and its major processes.
