TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager and Account Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts to drive net revenue retention and expansion with an accent on C-level relationship building and commercial strategy. Focus on leading contract renewals, identifying upsell opportunities through CPQ, and aligning product capabilities with customer financial outcomes.

Location: Remote-friendly; must be comfortable working across European time zones with occasional travel.

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts with full responsibility for retention, expansion, and net revenue retention (NRR).
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and maintain multi-threaded relationships from CFOs to RevOps leaders.
  • Lead business reviews and contract renewal negotiations, defending price and terms with procurement and C-level stakeholders.
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, utilizing CPQ as a core expansion motion.
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot, proactively monitoring account health and managing risk.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to align priorities and channel structured customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer success or account management within B2B SaaS across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Proven commercial track record in closing renewals and generating expansion revenue.
  • Experience managing C-level stakeholders, particularly CFOs and senior finance leaders.
  • Deep understanding of subscription business models, invoicing, revenue recognition, and ARR/NRR metrics.
  • Professional English proficiency (C1+).
  • Ability to operate within European time zones.

Nice to have

  • Experience with billing, CPQ, or ERP platforms.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, German, or a Nordic language.
