Customer Success Agent (E-commerce)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; onsite. Working hours: 15:00–00:00 CET.

What you will do

• Support online customers by phone, email, and live chat, handling an average of 50–65 calls per day.
• Answer general inquiries, guide users through the website, track orders, and resolve complaints.
• Build trust with potential buyers through consultative conversations and guide them through the customer journey.
• Represent the hirify.global brand through professional and memorable customer interactions.
• Execute customer-success strategies to improve retention.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in customer support or customer service within e-commerce.
• Experience with Zendesk or another ticket-based support platform.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn quickly.
