Summer Associate Internship (Business Systems Analyst) (AI)

Location: Vienna, VA, United States (Hybrid); Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

What you will do

• Develop and refine reports and dashboards.
• Support data collection, processing, querying, analysis, and automation.
• Identify actionable insights for workplace infrastructure and logistics operations.
• Research existing and new systems capabilities and recommend improvements.
• Interview stakeholders, technology experts, and providers to establish system uses and capabilities.
• Support data governance, compliance initiatives, and related projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university, with anticipated graduation in December 2027 or later.
• Basic research, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with systems and data querying, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Experience with the practical use of AI.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and advanced Excel.
