Summer Associate Internship (Technical Product Analyst)

Location: Hybrid in Vienna, Virginia, United States; three days per week in the office. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Salary: $26.44–$46.88 per hour

What you will do

• Collaborate with Marketing users and leadership to assess needs, define requirements, and design solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions.
• Develop automation and AI solutions that improve Marketing operations, member experience, and business user experience.
• Establish strategies and best practices for using the Pega and Salesforce Martech stack.
• Use analytics, automation, AI tools, and performance data to create actionable solution designs.
• Mentor team members on automation and AI tools and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Understanding of data lakes or data warehouses, APIs, ETL, predictive analytics, models, and agentic solution development.
• Proficiency with Azure, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, large language models, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in the required hybrid arrangement in Vienna, Virginia.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology or technology-adjacent roles.
• Master’s or advanced degree, or relevant certifications.
