Stylist (Fashion E-commerce)

Location: Office-based five days a week, working in hirify.global Creative Studios; hirify.global offices are referenced in London and Leavesden.

What you will do

• Style more than 1,000 products per day for e-commerce product-page enrichment.
• Style shoots for social, AMG, campaigns, and the homepage when required.
• Work with shoot, social, talent, senior styling, and studio teams to deliver assets aligned with the hirify.global aesthetic.
• Maintain creative quality and volumetric KPIs while following established processes and departmental strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve styling quality and operational efficiency.
• Support team growth, meetings, onboarding, and the training and development of new full-time colleagues.

Requirements

• Solid background in fashion styling and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt styling across different trends, seasons, and shoot types.
• Ability to translate styling trends into shoots while maintaining the hirify.global aesthetic.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, creative, commercially aware, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work in the office five days per week.
