What you will do
- Support the General Manager with the club's commercial and operational performance.
- Coach, motivate, recruit, onboard, and develop colleagues.
- Drive memberships, Personal Training, secondary spend, sales conversion, retention, and KPI performance.
- Deliver an exceptional member experience and resolve queries and concerns.
- Maintain club standards for cleanliness, presentation, safety, policies, and procedures.
- Support risk management, Health & Safety compliance, and pool plant operations where applicable.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in fitness, leisure, hospitality, or retail.
- Proven record of leading teams and delivering business results.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, commercial, and customer-service skills.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
- Desirable: Level 2 Fitness Qualification, gym or health club experience, membership sales and retention knowledge, and pool plant or Health & Safety experience.
