What you will do

• Support the leadership team in driving store performance, commercial success, and departmental objectives.
• Lead, coach, and support Sales Advisors while overseeing team and department performance.
• Analyse sales data and KPIs to identify performance opportunities and make informed decisions.
• Oversee daily store operations, including stock movement, audits, visual standards, and operational efficiency.
• Deliver training and product knowledge development for the sales team.
• Support the Store Manager with targets, wage controls, customer satisfaction, and operational priorities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role.
• Experience supporting, motivating, and guiding team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Knowledge of fashion brands, trends, materials, merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and represent the brand with professionalism and discretion.
