What you will do

• Support the leadership team in driving store performance, commercial results, and key performance indicators.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop Sales Advisors in a fast-paced premium fashion environment.
• Oversee daily store operations, task completion, service quality, and compliance with company procedures.
• Monitor sales targets, customer satisfaction, wage controls, operational efficiency, and company incentives.
• Control stock movement, conduct accurate store audits, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Build effective relationships with store management, head office teams, customers, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role.
• Experience supporting, motivating, and guiding team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver measurable results.
• Knowledge of fashion brands, trends, materials, retail operations, merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Stratford store in the United Kingdom.
