Director, Product Strategy, EMEA

Location: London, United Kingdom. Employees work from the office 4 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely 1 day per week.

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end development of investment products from concept through launch and commercialization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Legal, Compliance, Tax, Operations, Investments, and Distribution.
• Lead complex strategic projects and build business cases for locally relevant EMEA investment strategies.
• Author and present product proposals to the Operating Committee and senior leadership, covering strategic rationale, financial impact, risks, and implementation plans.
• Research client needs, competitive dynamics, regulatory trends, wealth distribution models, and portfolio construction developments.
• Partner with wealth sales, fund development, product teams, clients, distribution partners, and wealth technology platforms to identify commercial opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in asset management.
• Direct experience in product strategy, product development, client engagement, and wealth solutions.
• Track record of successful end-to-end product development, including launching investment vehicles in EMEA.
• Experience preparing materials for executive governance forums, including financial modeling and commercial analysis.
• Ability to influence and advise senior leaders using data and research.
• Comfort with consensus-based decision-making and leading outcomes in complex, ambiguous environments.
