- Provide level 1 support for laptops and other IT hardware.
- Wipe and set up new laptops.
- Ship and collect IT equipment.
- Improve support processes and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- Experience providing IT hardware support.
- Experience supporting laptops.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11.
- Willingness to ship and collect IT equipment.
- Ability to work onsite at the Assen office.
