IT Intern

Location: Hybrid in Groningen, Netherlands

Salary: €500 per month for a full-time, 40-hour workweek

hirify.global provides e-commerce experiences for motorsport fans and operates in the e-commerce and motorsport sectors.

What you will do

• Assist employees with laptop, workplace, and software issues.
• Manage and resolve requests submitted through the ticket system.
• Support IT projects, including the transition of the mail and communication provider.
• Help onboard new team members by creating accounts, preparing laptops, and setting up systems.
• Develop practical skills in MacOS and Google Workspace.

Requirements

• Currently studying IT or a similar field at MBO/HBO level, at least in the third year, or already graduated.
• Excellent communication skills for assisting colleagues with IT challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks and schedules efficiently.
• Fluent English is required.
• A passion for learning and a team-first mindset.

Nice to have

• Previous practical IT experience.
• Dutch or German language skills.
