What you will do

• Assist employees with laptop, workplace, and software issues.
• Resolve and manage issues reported in the ticket system.
• Support IT projects such as mail and communication provider transitions.
• Help with IT onboarding including account creation and system setup.

Requirements

• Must be an MBO/HBO IT student in 3rd year or graduated
• Fluency in English required, Dutch or German is a plus.
• Previous practical IT experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Team-first mindset and passion for learning.
