Instrumentation & Control Technician (Nuclear Technology)

Location: Alkmaar, North Holland, Netherlands; on-site technical work

What you will do

• Maintain and manage instrumentation and control systems.
• Test, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in process instrumentation.
• Carry out modifications and technical improvements to complex installations.
• Work with different types of instrumentation, measurement circuits and technical installations.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a multidisciplinary technical team.
• Participate in an on-call/standby service and support a safe, reliable, high-quality working environment.

Requirements

• MBO-4 education or equivalent, preferably in Instrumentation & Control, Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related field.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and control circuits.
• Experience maintaining various types of instrumentation.
• Practical and analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to participate in on-call/standby service.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and reliability.
